Al Dayaa was born from a simple belief: food should taste like it used to. Before industrial farming. Before chemicals. Before shortcuts.
From our fields in Al Khatm, Abu Dhabi, we raise free-range chickens, ducks, and quail. We milk our own cows for fresh labneh, yogurt, and ghee. We harvest honey straight from the hive and press our own olive oil.
Every product carries the flavors of traditional Lebanese farming — pure, honest, and made with generations of knowledge.
